Cooking is a skill that allows raw food to be made edible, healing hitpoints when eaten plus giving an experience buff. To do this, the player uses raw, cookable food and heat.

Depending on the player's Cooking level, food will sometimes burn, becoming unusable. Each Cooking action also has a chance to produce fish oil.By leveling Cooking, the player is able to cook better foods such as tuna and sharks.

Cooking goes hand-in-hand with the Fishing skill, as the player can cook the fish they obtain.

Uses

  • You can place it in your inventory to regenerate health in a fight
