Death Talismans are one of the few talismans available in the game. Consuming a death talisman for the first time will increase the respective essence gained by 4. Every death talisman consumed afterwards will give a random amount of death essence, seemingly somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000. This is useful for getting large amounts of essence at once to continue runecrafting, as getting it naturally may take longer than preferred.

Obtaining

Geodes, Bird's Nests, Sunken Treasure and Satchels drop death talismans as an uncommon drop. From chests, there is around a 1/75 chance to get a death talisman, just as every other talisman.

Players may also buy death talismans from others in the Marketplace.
