A '''Black Knight Great Helm''' is a helmet that provides both defensive and offensive bonuses when in combat, requiring level 40 [[Combat#Skills|defense]] to equip. It is currently one of the only 2 helmets with a strength bonus, offering a +10, double that of the [[King's Crown]].

==How to Acquire==
While augmenting a [[Obsidian Full Helm]], there's a small chance (believed to be 0.5% per successful augmentation) for it to transform into a Black Knight Great Helm. The transformation can happen on any augmentation.

You can also acquire it by defeating the Elite Black Knight from an [[Elite Scroll]].

If the [[Obsidian Full Helm]] is enchanted with a scroll (for example [[Scroll of Reinforcement]]) before it has transformed, it keeps the enchantment through the transformation process despite not having any enchantment slots.
