When using a nature enchanted hatchet, bonus logs are based on all available logs, not just logs from the zone you are foraging from. All logs are eligible for the bonus when the enchant triggers. The formula to determine the log that is credited upon trigger is unknown, but does appear to favor low and mid level logs over higher level logs in general.

The Scroll of Nature is one of the many scrolls that can be created via Scrollcrafting using silver and a variety of runes. Enchantment scrolls can be applied to a piece of gear to provide passive buffs/effects.
