Currently trying to add missing pages and update information to post Refactor update. New to the game but not new to wiki stuff.

- Add more skills to Skilling Efficiency
- Update old tables with modern layout with img template usage instead of direct image links. Lesser Magic Tome
- Add all the Skilling Set pages
- Add all Legendary tools and material pages
- Add trap pages
- Add crafted Magic item pages
- Add crafted Range item pages
- Do a flip
