Prismatic necklace is the best available piece of jewelry, with its counterpart being the prismatic ring. Both can hold up to six enchants.
How to Obtain
The only way to obtain a prismatic necklace is by augmenting a black opal necklace and getting the rare transformation or buying it through the marketplace.
Uses
The following scrolls can be used to enchant it for passive buffs.

As any other necklace, augmenting a prismatic necklace will provide +0.5 to all defense types per augmentation.
