Prismatic Necklace is the best available piece of jewelry, with its counterpart being the Prismatic Ring. Both can hold up to six enchants.
How To Obtain
The only way to obtain a Prismatic Necklace is augmenting a Black Opal Necklace or through the marketplace.
Uses
Scrolls that can be put on Prismatic Necklaces include: Scroll of the Scholar, Scroll of Gathering, Scroll of Pyromancy, Scroll of Wealth and Scroll of Haste.
As any other necklace, augmenting a Prismatic Necklace will provide 0.5 defense bonuses per augmentation.
