The only way to obtain a Prismatic Ring is augmenting a Black Opal Ring or through the marketplace.

Scrolls that can be put on Prismatic Rings include: Scroll of the Scholar, Scroll of Gathering, Scroll of Pyromancy, Scroll of Wealth and Scroll of Haste.
