Blood Talismans are one of the few talismans available in the game. Consuming a blood talisman for the first time will increase the respective essence gained by 4. Every blood talisman consumed afterwards will give a random amount of blood essence, seemingly somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000. This is useful for getting large amounts of essence at once to continue runecrafting, as getting it naturally may take longer than preferred.
Obtaining
Geodes, Birds Nests, Sunken Treasure and Satchels drop blood talismans as an uncommon drop. From chests, there is around a 1/75 chance to get a blood talisman, just as every other talisman.
Bone Giants drop blood talismans as an rare drop, currently estimated somewhere around 1 talisman for every 800-1000 kills based on gathered data.
Players may also buy blood talismans from others in the player market.
