Efficiency adds a 1% chance to create an extra item while Cooking and Smithing. The extra item does not use any materials to produce.
Uses
When cooking with fish, there's a chance to obtain extra Fish Oil in addition to food.
Used with Scholar and Wealth, the extra item except fish oil is destroyed and extra gold[?] but not experience is gained.
When smithing with Refining, extra gems are not obtained when finding a gem.[?]
Scroll
Different equipment with the same enchantment do not stack and only the higher applies.
The Scroll of Efficiency can only be crafted with a maximum 72% success rate as mastery levels in Enchanting do not improve scroll crafting chance.
